Q: Do you have any tips or tricks for taking a great headshot?

A: We provide tips, guidence on poses, etc. during the shoot to all of our clients. This includes hair and makeup suggestions, wardrobe recommendations, and coaching and direction on posing and expression.

Q: When will I get my images?

A: 24 Hours. Most projects will be completed and delivered within 24 hours. some projects with more shots, extensive retouching, etc. might take longer. we pride ourselves on very fast turnaroudn times.

Q: Can I see my images during the photo shoot?

A: Yes, we offer real-time instant image reviews during the session.

Q: How do I select my final images?

A: After the session, you can select your final images either in studio or over email. We will provide you with a private online proofing gallery to view and select your images.

Q: Is hair and makeup included in the photo shoot?

A: NO, Hair and makeup does not come standard with the photo packages. however, Hair and makeup is available upon request with at least 48 hour notice and is paid directly to the makeup artist. Prices are available upon request.

Q: When is payment taken for the session?

A: Payment is taken at the time of booking. This retainer holds your selected session date and time.

 Q: What happens to the images after the session?

A: Following your session, we will choose which images you want to have professionally retouched. Unedited images are not released but will be stored for 3 months in case you would like to buy additional photos. All retouched images will be archived for a period of one (1) year.

Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my session?

A: Life happens sometimes. You may temporarily cancel or reschedule your booked appointment any time up until 36 hours prior to your session start time without penalty. Please note: Cancellations or rescheduled sessions occurring within 36 hours of your start time, regardless of reason, are considered last minute, forfeiting your original session payment. You will be subject to a new session fee to book a new session.

Q: What happens if I am a no-call/no-show?

A: Anyone that is a no-call/no-show at their session will forfeit their original payment. Rescheduling will require a new full session.

Q: Are group rates available?

A: Yes, group rates are available upon request. Please contact me for more information.
